Hue vs. Sat selectively controls the saturation of individual color tones. Specific colors can be intensified or desaturated without affecting other colors in the image.

Technical Details

X-axis: Hue. Y-axis: Saturation adjustment. Zero line = no change. Positive = more saturation. Negative = less saturation. Fine curve adjustment is important for natural transitions.
