Definition

Parade is a waveform display mode that shows the RGB channels side-by-side. This allows for precise analysis of color balance and channel deviations.

Practical Application

Standard tool for colorists. Balanced channels in neutral gray indicate correct color balance. Differences between channels show color cast. Clipping per channel is visible.

Technical Details

X-axis: Image position (left to right). Y-axis: Signal level (0-100%). Three separate waveforms for R, G, B. Alternatively: RGB Overlay for direct comparison. YRGB Parade also shows luminance.
