3. Creative Use

With a T1.5 aperture, the lens is suitable for low-light situations or for deliberately shallow depth of field in portrait and dialogue scenes. The strong flare output — Spherical Spots, Caustics, Rainbows in blue, green, and cyan — is exceptionally pronounced for a modern lens and gives the image an organic character despite its technically clean rendering.
